Is a statement made pursuant to art. 13 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 (Code in matter of protection of personal data) and art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) to those who interact with the web services provided directly by the Company.

The information is provided for this site and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. The information is based on recommendation n. 2/2001 that the european authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited in the Group instituted by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 may 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must supply users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. The Policy and the Privacy Standards used for the protection of personal data are based on the following principles:

Personal data are processed in a lawful and fair manner; they are recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate, relevant and not excessive for the purposes of the processing; they are kept for the time necessary for the purposes of the collection.

THE PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF USE

The purpose of the processing of personal data are made available to interested parties at the time of collection. Any new processing of your data, if unrelated to the purposes stated, are activated upon new information to the person concerned and any request for consent, when required by the law D. lgs. no. 196/03 and GDPR. In any case, the personal data is not disclosed or disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned, except in the cases expressly provided for by art. 24 of the D. lgs. no.196/03 and GDPR.

The personal data are accurate and are updated over time. They are also organized and stored in such a way that the person is given the opportunity to know, if he wants to, which the data were collected and recorded, as well as to check the quality and request the correction, integration, cancellation for violation of the law or opposition to the processing and to exercise all other rights in accordance with and within the limits of the art. 7 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 and art. 15 and following of the GDPR, at the addresses indicated in the Information pursuant to art. 13 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 and art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR are present in the site of the Company.

The PRINCIPLE OF SECURITY

of THE personal data is protected by security measures of a technical, informational, organizational, logistical and procedural, against the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, and unauthorized access or treatment not allowed.

These measures are updated on a regular basis according to the technical progress, the nature of the data and the specific characteristics of the treatment, constantly monitored and checked in time. Third parties that carry out activities in support of any kind for the provision of the services requested by the Company, in respect of which perform processing operations of personal data, are designated as data processors and are contractually bound to respect the measures for the security and confidentiality of the data. The identity of these third parties is made known to the users.

The Company does not assume any responsibility for:

the rules and procedures for management of the personal data of other Web sites accessible from our website through links and cross-references;

the contents of any e-mail, Web space, chat forums available to users.

The treatments related to the web services offered by this site takes place at the Company, and, if necessary, at the offices of the Managers of the Processing and are carried out by processors in charge of the management of the requested services, marketing activities – when requested by the user – to the activities of data storage and occasional maintenance operations.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The personal data may be communicated to third parties to fulfill the requirements of the law, in the execution of orders from public authorities entitled to it or even to assert or defend a right in court. If necessary, in relation to particular services or products requested, personal data may be communicated to third parties that perform, as independent controllers of the processing, functions strictly connected and instrumental to the provision of services or delivery of products. Without communication, these products and services could not be provided. Personal data will not be disclosed, unless the requested service requires.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The types of personal data collected and processed on this site are those necessary for the provision of various services provided. The collected data are processed with paper-based, automated and telematic methods with logics strictly related to the purposes of the processing. To provide you with the services may be used also for your telephone number, your e-mail address. It is therefore obvious that, if such data is not submitted, you will be provided with services that require the use of these tools. Any voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site entails the acquisition of the sender’s address and any other information contained in the message, these personal data will be used only for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested.

NAVIGATION DATA

It is useful to know that the software procedures of the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the internet. Although information is not intended to be associated to identified users, due to their nature, if associated with other data held by third parties (e.g. internet service provider), they may allow the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URL notation (Uniform Resource Locator) of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user. These data are used solely for anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct functioning. The Holder of the treatment, depending on the requested service, the designated representatives retain, for a limited period of time in accordance with the law, the path (the LOG of the connections/browsing made to respond to any requests from the judicial authority or other public body entitled to request the path for the verification of any liability in case computer crimes are committed.

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data requested in the registration form to the services. On this form, however, some of the data may be marked as mandatory; it must be understood that such data are necessary for the provision of the requested service. If these data are not submitted the requested service cannot be provided.

At the time of submittal of the data, pursuant to art. 13 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 and art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR, the person concerned is given an informative, concise but complete and transparent about the purposes and methods of processing, on the obligatory or optional nature of the conferral of data, the consequences of failing to provide data on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed, and the scope of dissemination of the data, the rights referred to in art. 7 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 and art. 15 e ss GDPR (access, integration, updating, correction, cancellation for violation of law, opposition to treatment, etc), and the identity and location of the Owner and Managers of the Treatment. The question is then asked to express its informed and free consent, expressed in a specific and documented in the manner provided by law, when required by the same. If the transfers of personal data take place in stages, will be provided to supplement information already given and required new consent to the processing set out by the Privacy Code and the GDPR.

SECURITY MEASURES ADOPTED FOR THE PROTECTION OF DATA COLLECTED

The Company uses architecture and technology, “secure” to protect personal data from undue disclosure, alteration or improper use. The active protection in relation to personal data, is intended, in particular, to reduce to a minimum the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of data, unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not compliant with the collection purposes. These security measures meet the requirements specified by the Legislature (Technical specifications concerning minimum security measures referred to in articles. 33 to 36 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03). The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of the D. lgs. no. 196/03 and art. 16 of the GDPR). Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
